Welcome back. Our website is back online after technical security issues at our commerical web hosting service. We thank John Rollins, our veteran web manager, for coordinating the effort to remove the security threats while on a vacation road trip in the midwest.

SUMMER 2014 - Welcome to an updated Diocese of Long Island website. Development of a newly designed and larger website is also underway.  Meanwhile, this interim website will keep you up-to-date on news from parishes and organizations across the diocese as well as from Bishop Provenzano and departments of the diocese.

Social networks like Facebook and Twitter also get timely postings about the diocese.

As always, we welcome news and website suggestions from parishes by email.

Because most photo files are large and may disrupt email delivery, please do not email photos. Write for special instructions about submitting photos.
