To Find a Provider:
1. Go to www.cigna.com
2. Click on the INDIVIDUALS & FAMILIES tab
3. Click on FIND A DOCTOR option
4. Complete the information on provider type, etc.
5. If searching for medical providers be sure to select Open Access Plus Only and specify any specialty you are seeking
6. If searching for dental providers Choose CIGNA Dental PPO and under that select CORE NETWORK, a specialty, and SEARCH

4. If searching for medical provider be sure to select the correct plan; either HMO or Aetna Choice POS II (Open Access)
5. If searching for a dental provider be sure to select the Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO).
6. Click Search
