All proposals for amendment, enactment or repeal of any Canon or Canons shall be submitted in writing (or by facsimile 516-248-1616) to the Secretary of the Convention, via mail at 36 Cathedral Avenue, PO Box 510, Garden City, NY 11530 or via email at nancy@dioceseli.org, no later than midnight, Wednesday, October 15, 2008 for referral to the Committee on Canons.
