Conveniently located off Exit 49 of the Long Island Expressway on Old Walt Whitman Road. The closest Long Island Railroad station is Farmingdale, which is 7 miles south of the Hotel. |

Delegate Certificates were due March 8, 2008. 39 churches have still not filed a certificate.
Please check the Diocesan Convention page of the website at www.dioceselongisland.org/finance/2008DelegatesChecklist.pdf to ensure that your congregation’s delegate certificate is filed and your delegates receive all convention material, which will be distributed on or about September 12, 2008.
Convention mailings are sent electronically to all delegates with email addresses on file.
Parochial Reports (www.dioceselongisland.org/finance/2007ParochialReportChecklist.pdf) were due March 1, 2008. Check the website to ensure that your congregation is current with its reporting.
Audits (www.dioceselongisland.org/finance/Audit2007Checklist.pdf) are due September 1.
