The shawls on the altar are
from the Cathedral Shawl Ministry and were blessed at a recent
service.
Shawls are made during prayers for those who are
in need of healing and who are living alone, in hope of bringing them comfort
and peace.
We have blessed more than 30 shawls at the
cathedral since this shawl ministry began a year ago.
