A Festival of Lessons and Carols for Christmas
This Service, one of the highlights of Season, will feature the Cathedral Choir of Men & Boys, the Cathedral Girls’ Choir and the Schola Cantorum. Music sung will include Carol settings by David Willcocks, Boris Ord, Robert Pearsall, Franz Biebel, Josef Rheinberger, John Joubert, Andrew Carter, John Rutter and Conrad Susa.

8:00 pm -Christmas Prelude Music – Cathedral Girls’ Choir, Schola Cantorum, and Gentlemen of the Choir. Carol settings by David Willcocks, Harold Darke, Andrew Carter, Alan Smith and Stephen Cleobury
8:30 pm - Festive Choral Eucharist, Rite II
Music includes Franz Schubert’s Mass in G, with carol settings by Conrad Susa and David Willcocks.
Archdeacon Theodore Bean will be the celebrant.
10:30 pm - Christmas Prelude Music - The Cathedral Choir of Men and Boys. Carol settings by David Willcocks, Harold Darke, Andrew Carter, Otto Goldschmidt and Stephen Cleobury
11:00 pm -Solemn Choral Eucharist, Rite II
Music includes Franz Schubert’s Mass in G, with carol settings by Conrad Susa and David Willcocks.

The Cathedral Choirs in Concert
The combined Cathedral Choirs will present an afternoon of masterpieces of Sacred Music, including the Missa Brevis of Zoltan Kodaly.
Requested donation:
$15 general seating, $5 high school & college students, children under 13 admitted free.
