LIE to Grand Central to Van Wyck Expressway - to Linden (East) to Farmer's Blvd. Make left.

Northern State to Belt Parkway (Cross Island South) to Linden Blvd. Make right to

Farmer's Church is right there.

From Brooklyn - Take Belt east to Farmer's Blvd. Make left 1 block past Linden Blvd.
