Directions:                  From New York City: Long Island Expressway - Exit 34, New Hyde Park Rd, 3.3 miles

to Stewart Avenue,  Left 2.1 miles to Cherry Valley Avenue (Gold Dome of Garden City Hotel visible beyond

intersection).  Right under railroad underpass to 6th St. entrance to the Cathedral grounds on left.

From North Shore of Long Island: Exit 39S Guinea Woods Rd or Glen Cove Rd 3.5 miles OR Northern State Pkwy Exit 31A, 1.7 miles to Stewart Avenue (Glen Cove Rd becomes Clinton Rd in Garden City).  Turn right and proceed 3 traffic lights to Hilton Ave (Gold Dome of Garden City Hotel is straight ahead).  Turn left two blocks to 6th St. one block to entrance to Cathedral grounds.

From South Shore of Long Island: Southern State Pkwy to Exit 17, Hempstead Ave.  North 2.5 miles to the intersection of Hempstead Turnpike and Cathedral Ave.  Left onto Cathedral Avenue - 1 mile to 6th St, turn left to enter Cathedral grounds  OR Southern State Pkwy to Exit 19, Peninsula Blvd, north 1/2 mile to President St - Left turn; follow road through curve; continue across Hempstead Turnpike (President St becomes Cathedral Ave).  Proceed 1 mile to 6th St, enter Cathedral grounds on your left.

 

Parking Availability:  Ample parking on Cathedral grounds.  Large parking lot behind the

Cathedral House.  Handicap spaces available at both.
